Request account deletion — Prasanthi Connect

Prasanthi Connect is operated by Sri Sathya Sai Media Centre. If you created an account in the app (email/password or Google Sign-In), you can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.

 

Steps to request deletion:

1. Fill out the Account Deletion Request Form below.
2. Use the same email address linked to your Prasanthi Connect account.
3. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
4. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

 

What we delete:

• Your Firebase login account (email/Google sign-in)
• Profile data stored on our servers (e.g. date of birth, if saved)
• Push notification registration linked to your account
• Account preferences associated with your user ID

 

What we may keep (and why):

• Aggregated/anonymous analytics that cannot identify you (app usage statistics)
• Data we must keep by law (if applicable)
• Backup copies for up to 90 days, then permanently removed

 

Note: Logging out of the app does not delete your account. You must submit a deletion request using the form above.
