All are just actors and the whole thing is a puppet show.

The whole world is a stage.  All are actors on the stage.  In today’s drama, the theme was education and the boys have staged it well.  But all seemed to be tech-knowledge and not practical knowledge.  If this drama is propagated in the world as a practical drama, then it will find fulfillment. 

The name of this is ‘Man Management’. Where do you find the management?  You find them in  the factory and in the industry.  When we say man management, what is the factory here?  What are the engines and machines?  All the engines and the factories that we find in the world are artificial.  The whole world, for that matter, seems to be artificial.  But man management means heart-full management. 

Hence what is the factory?  Our body itself is the factory.  In this factory, you find different types of peculiar engines.  Each functions appropriately.  Food is sent through the tube of the mouth  into the stomach.  There it is well ground like that of idli mix, made into a paste and the essence of it supplied to the whole body by the engine.  The first engine is our stomach.  The engine of our stomach is Vaishvanara.  The second engine is the heart.  It works continuously without resting even for a second.  It pumps blood continuously with the sound dub-tak.  The blood pumped to the lungs is mixed with oxygen and supplied to the entire body.  In the body, there are wires called the nerves.  Each part of the body works independently without being bothered about the other.  They follow the premise, ‘Do your duty sincerely.’  Some blood is supplied to the eye, the ear drum, the tongue and the nose.  Though the same blood is supplied to all, the eyes only see and don’t listen.  When something goes wrong with the eyes, the ears do not advise them to take some rest.  The job done by the eye cannot be done by the ear.  If the ear drum is affected, the eye does not interfere.  Since all the organs perform their respective duties with perfect precision, there is no disorder whatsoever. 

In today’s factories, many join together and interfere unnecessarily leading to malfunctions.  If the factories and management are to run and work properly, each has to perform its own duty perfectly.  One should not have self interest or be selfish.  Everyone should work selflessly thinking ‘Duty is God.’  You should not feel that you are working for a salary but feel that it is your responsibility. You should feel as if the machine on which you work is not the company’s machine but your own. If it breaks, you shouldn’t sit in at home happily.  Everyone should consider the duty one’s own responsibility and do it accordingly.  Due to interference of others in one’s job and overindulgence of others, problems in the world are rapidly increasing.  We can help one another.

Each person works on a machine.  But he should not concentrate too much on that one work.  Eye sees but ears also have to be taken care of.  Legs also have to be taken care of at the same time.  Hence there is an inter-connection.  As you walk down a street, the eye sees a thorn. The eye does not inform anything to the leg.  As soon as the eye sees a thorn, the leg jumps.  This is all internal connection.  This is called the inner feeling of the Atma  (Antharatma Bhava).  In this way, in our body-factory, there are many peculiar and wonderful machines.  The moment an ant bites you, the prajna goes there and kills it.  The body-factory works with so much vigilance (jagratha), awareness (pragnana), intricate behaviour (pravarthana), importance (visishtatha) and in a scientific way (vignanam).  But today, man management took the form of a thing being used for earning money. 

By merely securing a bridegroom, the bride’s marriage cannot be performed.  Plans have to be formulated and so many duties have to be attended to.  What sort of match are the bride and groom for each other?  What is their education?  What about their beauty?  What is their background?  How is their behaviour?  All these have to be evaluated before forging an alliance.  Just because you find a boy, it will not end up in a marriage.  Similarly, just  because you have money, you cannot start a business forthwith.  Before starting up a business, you have to think well.  You must consider the various interrelationships of various aspects.  Right now, what kind of business brings a value to it?  What is the thing that is useful to society?  Do I have sufficient money for this?  What sort of effort should be made to procure the raw material?  All plans should be formulated and sufficient time spent.  But the moment they find some 10 lakhs rupees in their hand, the modern youths are in a hurry to start a business.  This is not proper. 

It is not possible to write a letter with the knowledge of alphabets.  One may know the alphabets but he may not know the meaning of the words and their meaningful usage.  Thus, today’s students know the alphabets but do not know the words.  If they know words, they do not their meanings.  How can they write letters?  Money is in hand now, but how can it be properly used?  How to serve the society?  How to employ the unemployed?

In the drama, the interviewing officers examined each candidate.  The questions put by the directors were answered properly because of the desire to secure the job.  But under any circumstances, if it is contradictory to our conscience, it is better we forgo the job.  That is the drama enacted the Sathya Sai Students today.  They did not agree to surrender to unrighteousness, falsehood, misconduct, and untruths for the sake of profits.  “Sir, my conscience should be satisfied.  On this condition give me the job or I will go elsewhere.”  Today, for the sake of jobs, people are resorting to all kinds of injustice, untruths and falsehood.  It cannot be man management.  It is only a factory management.  It is only artificial management and technical management.  In the technical management, lots of tricks are involved.  But in man management, there is a development of human values.  Just as you have exhibited human values through your drama, and made all of us happy, you should be ready to do the same in the outside world and propagate the human values.  If this is just for the front stage only, it cannot be called man management.  It can only be a betrayal of God because man is an embodiment of God.  So it is said, “The proper study of mankind is man.”  We should uphold the principle of mankind.  What is mankind?  Thought, word and deed together are mankind.  If these three are absent, such a person will not gain faith in the world.

In 1864, a person named Thakur went to Japan.  Many thousands assembled in the auditorium expecting a great speech from this person.  An advertisement was circulated stating that at 6:30 Thakur would arrive and deliver the speech.  All assembled there by 6.  6:00... 6:15... 6:20.  It was 6:30 and then 7.  Thakur did not turn up.  Many had been waiting anxiously to listen to his talk and were disgusted by the delay.  At 7:45, just when everybody was disgusted, Thakur came.  He came smiling while all were looking at him angrily.  “Why?  I came at the exact time,” he said.  The public said, “Sir, Indians do not know the value of time.  You said 6:30 and came here at 7:45.”  Thakur replied, “No, no, the time now is exactly 6:30.”  All looked at their watches.  It was 6:30.  Thakur had  Divine Power.  He used to think of Mother constantly.  He would think of the Goddess for two minutes before starting his public address.  He would say, “My mouth is only a speaker, but She is talking.”  When one has such type of devotion and sacredness, even time that is natural, would change. 

Hence for everything in this world, many disciplines have been laid down.  In the culture of Bharath, to get married, one should reach an age of 21.  This is one kind of ‘permit’.  For the birth of a child, 9 months and 9 days is the stipulated time.  For a divorce, 2 years are needed.  For everything there is a discipline or stipulation.  But for death there is no discipline or permission.  No one is bound by that.  When, where and how does it happen?  Bharatiyas have been attempting to discover this. 

Everything is in the hands of God.  He prays to the unseen God.  They believe that which is written in the books about the Divine power.  But having seen God in human form, he has no faith in Him.  This is the weakness that is present in man.  When one thinks of the ‘Bejavada Mango’,  he salivates.  The very name makes them feel its experience.  If the same fruit is in his hand, he would smell it to test whether it is bitter or sweet.  There was full faith when the name was heard but doubts creep in when you see the form.  This is the weakness in humans.  In spite of witnessing so much and in spite of experiencing the Divinity, the illusion (Maya) latent in mankind is not given up.  You do not need to make a big effort for giving it up.  When you follow the command implicitly then it (Maya) will run away by itself.  You do not have to drive it off specially with a stick. 

An old woman came to Swami and said, “Swami, I am put to suffering by this mind.  I am unable to get out of the influence of the mind.”  Picking up a boy nearby, Swami said, “Oh boy it seems a mind is giving her a lot of suffering.  Get up and first kill that mind.”  The boy got up.  Then Swami asked the woman, “Where is the mind, show it to Me.  If you show it, I will send My boy to kill it and rid you from its sufferings.”  She only complained about the mind and its influence but she was ignorant of its location.  How to kill it in such a case?  People are wasting time by referring to the unknown things.  People are ignoring the human facts.  That is why so many problems crop up in our lives.

Yashoda believed that Krishna was her son.  Everyone  complained against Him.  “Amma, Krishna stole curds from our house.  He  stole butter and drank milk.  Not only this, he is breaking the pots which are our only ancestral property.” 

Yashoda told Krishna, “You do not eat that which is given in the house.  You don’t eat anything which I give.  Does the butter from our house taste so sour for you?  Does the butter from other houses taste so sweet to you?  Is there no butter in our house?  We have a lot of it.  You don’t eat what I serve. You go to the other houses and eat fistfuls of butter secretly!  Krishna, I am really fed up with you!  Why do you go about stealing outside?  Why can’t you eat the same butter in our house?  The whole village has turned against you.”

Krishna said, “Mother, I did not eat.”  Yashoda then went near him and checked.  The whole mouth smelt of butter.  The mischief spread to the whole village.  She said, “And you are not even the size of the little finger.  You are such a tiny tot.  Why are you creating havoc in the village?”

Saying this, she held Krishna’s ear.  Just then, Balaram came.  He said, “Mother, He does not eat in the house.  He eats outside.  Apart from that, he eats mud as well.”  Then Yashoda said, “Why have you become so mean?  You are a zamindar, Nanda’s son.  Why do you eat mud?”  “Mother I did not eat mud.  Brother complained out of jealousy,” replied Krishna.  Yashoda slapped Krishna both ways and told Krishna to open his mouth.  There she could see all the worlds.  She could see everything directly with her own  eyes and could experience heartily.  Tears of joy started rolling down her cheeks.  But immediately everything vanished and she started doubting.  That is what is happening today.  Though he sees directly and experiences directly, he is unable to get rid of his doubting nature. This is because he is not trying to experience directly.  He struggles hard with selfishness within.  He is not a state of total surrender.  He says he has surrendered but selfishness still lingers within him.  Until  this selfishness goes away totally, he cannot experience bliss.  Yashoda, had witnessed so many  wonders. 

Is this a dream

Or is it a Divine illusion

or is it due to some will of God,

Is it truth or am I not Yashoda?

She is unable to believe herself.  How can one have faith in God when one does not have faith in oneself?  This point you should know.  The one who has no faith in his own self alone does not believe in God.  Maybe I am not Yashoda Devi.  Then she recollected that the child who was born somewhere else is being brought up by Nanda.  It was Vasudeva who brought the boy.  Maybe this is a foreign land or maybe this is the change of climate.  In this way she doubted repeatedly.

To clear the doubts, Krishna started teaching with much humility.  “Mother, Oh Mother, am I a child to eat the mud or am I mischievous, am I a mad man?  I am not a boy.  I am God.  When he uttered, “Amma,” so lovingly, mother Yashoda melted.  So much sweetness is there in the very word mother. 

What is it that God looks at?  He watches your feelings.  God never seeks your help, property or anything.  If necessary, He will give himself to you.  “You take me and be good.”  He would say.  When He has given so great and wonderful wealth to you, why don’t you realize?  What is your value?  Are you great in beauty, or are you great in beauty in your riches or are you great in your kingdom or in your behaviour or are you great in your education?  What are you great in, that you go about boasting and feeling proud?  For mean and low satisfaction, you are giving up the infinite joy.  No, I don’t want this mean satisfaction.  It is better I get rid of this.  Even if my life is sacrificed in return, I am not going to give up the infinite joy.  That kind of determination and discrimination would make up the real man management. 

Man should, at first, manage his senses.  First manage your eyes.  Once we control the senses everything will go in perfect order and precision, quietly without any current failures.  Why are the eyes employed for such bad deeds like finding faults with others?  Are the ears meant to listen about other people?  Why are the ears given? 

You are ready to listen to the tales about others’ day and night.

While narrating the mystery and glory of the gods, the ears are not ready to listen.

Are you not satisfied by viewing cinemas repeatedly.

Oh eyes, you find it difficult to stand in front of God and watch Him. 

You roam like a dog aimlessly and without purpose. 

The legs do not agree to remain still for standing a moment.  But for moving they are ever ready.  Hence if the senses are first controlled, then it will surely be a great man management.  If a manager or proprietor asks you to do a particular thing which is against your conscience, then refuse to do it.  In the beginning there may be some worry but later all will develop faith in you. Everyone will believe your words.  When do all the people believe?  When you become worthy of Swami’s faith.  Swami should get the confidence that this boy is very good boy.  Who is God?  Your conscience is God.  God will consider that alone.  Once your conscience is satisfied, the whole world will praise you.  When Swami says, no, then the whole world reject you.

If you deny one God,

The whole world will reject and neglect you.

If Swami takes someone close saying he is good, then all will do the same.  If for one minute he is kept afar, all will start hating him.  They would treat him worse than the dog suffering from skin disease.  So we should be recipients of God’s love. 

Our body itself is a big factory.  The engines therein are highly valuable.  In other factories, Sundays and other function days will holidays.  That is not the case with the human factory.  Even in sleep the factory keeps working.  Even while traveling, in times of anger and fighting, the factory functions.  Who is making any effort for blood circulation?  Who is making effort to make the heart beat, the lungs pump.  No one.

In the body, who is maintaining and controlling the correct temperature?  Who is controlling the breathing process? The controller for all of these is God.  When you are able to get God, then everything will be in your hand.  The whole world will be in your hand.  Hence students, you should strive to obtain such God.  You may think how to carry on the life sojourn while thinking of God.  The one who put the seedling there, does he not water?  The one  who gave you life, wouldn’t He sustain you?  Since you have no such faith, you have so many troubles.  Within a minute you get strong faith and the next minute everything changes.  This should not happen, even at the cost of one’s life. 

Ramadas was determined to live truthfully till the end of his life.  He wouldn’t give up truth even at the cost of his life, he thought.  Once he couldn’t pay a  tax to Tanesha.  He did not waste the money he collected.  He made proper use of the whole amount.  He found an idol of Rama exposed to rain and sunlight.  He was a taksildar.  When he went on a survey, he found the idols of Rama, Lakshmana and Sita in a forest.  “Rama, is there none who could build a temple for you.  Is not the whole world your temple but these idols don’t have a temple,”  so saying, with a worldly view, he constructed a temple with the amount collected as tax.  Hence he couldn’t pay the money to Tanesha.  Tanesha imprisoned Ramadas.  For the pittance, Ramadas was whipped on both sides by sturdy persons.  For every whip, Ramadas uttered Rama, Rama.  Without any mercy, he was whipped by another whip.  He could no longer bear it.  Then he started chastising Rama.  “Rama!  I did all this for your sake and not for my own.  And so much suffering for me in return.

I made that Turai - the crown for you.

You move about so happily, who’s property is that

For Sita, I got made a necklace Oh Rama and,

That cost me 10,000 varshas Oh Rama

For Lakshmana I got made a waist belt Oh Rama.

And that cost me 10,000 varshas Oh Rama.

Saying all this, he realized that it was Rama who did all this and not he.  Then he caught hold of the feet tightly, “Oh Rama don’t feel bad that I abused You.  Because I couldn’t bear the suffering, I abused You.  Let this mean body perish but I shouldn’t insult You, I shouldn’t doubt You.  This is the plight of doubting You.  Then he realized and thought, “Do whatever You want to.”  Then he sat.  As he was being whipped he went on chanting Rama, Rama, Rama.  Iron rods were brought, burnt and put on his skin.  Rama, Rama, this body is not mine, it is yours.  You are burning Your own body.  You are beating Yourself.  All this is not mine.  All this is not mine.  Only you are mine.  The moment he developed strong faith, two boys came.  They brought big bundles.  They were allowed to go in.  Tanesha saw this and asked then and there, “Who are you?  Why have you come?  What are those bundles?”  Then the boys answered they were Ramayya and Lakshmaya.  Ramadas sent them, so they were here. 

“Count the money,” they said.  When the money was counted, it had the interest amount also.  Immediately the money was sent to the coffers and Ramadas was released from jail.  Ramadas doesn’t know anything.  Everything was done by Rama only.

Oh Mind don’t ask.

The more you ask, the more it will fall behind.

That which you don’t ask will come to you forthwith.

If you have faith in God, don’t ask for anything.  It is not the one to be given when you ask for it.  If you give your true love, God will give you everything without being asked for.  God will give you everything.  He will even give you drinking water, fruits and tiffin to eat.  He gives you food. 

Are you asking that is the witness to the spirit of total surrender.  You don’t need any other witness.  How are the witnesses kept here?  We are witness of the mind.  For the body character is a witness.  For everything Swami is the witness and for a fool, foolishness is the witness.  So for everything, you are a witness and for everything, Swami is the witness.  If that kind of feeling is present in the youth today, the whole world will be free from injustice, falsehood, misconduct and corruption, and it will develop a lot.  You find corruption everywhere.  In every office there is corruption.  If you find an office locked, even the pillar would stretch its hand for money.  That is the situation for Bharath today. Our  boys should eradicate this.  They should develop a new kind of zeal and enthusiasm.  Students, you have very good character, you are good and intelligent.  You have good mind power but you should develop a deep faith in God.  Because of its deficiency and because of your body attachment, you are treading wrong paths.  What is this body?  Who gave it to you?  Even if it is kept on a mountain top, the dogs, foxes, crows and kites don’t touch it.  Whose is this body?  Does it belong to the dogs in  the burial ground or the foxes, crows, kites?  No it is none’s.  This body belongs to God.  That kind of faith should develop within us only then you get various experiences.  Students if you are unable to follow all that is said, at least follow one or two and redeem yourself.  That is enough.  At least do one thing that will make Swami happy.  Don’t question where from it is and how.  If Swami says, “Son you go,”  then you should go. 

A small example.  Earlier when I was in the old mandir, Mr. And Mrs. Krupp had two sons and two daughters.  Fancy, Witty, Coolly and Kitchen.  They were ardent devotees.  There was another elder daughter, Elena.  When they were in America, she and her husband joined the military. Later  they moved to Japan.  There  was a lot of unrest so they moved to Germany.  The problems created by Hitler were on the rise.  She had a son and a daughter.  One day there was a bomb warning siren.  When the siren was blown, the husband, wife and children ran in different directions.  Steamers were kept ready in the sea for the people to evacuate. In the meantime, the husband collected the children from the school and took them away.  When she went to the school it was closed.  Elena didn’t find anyone there.  Then she went running and got into steamer.  She reached Malaysia.  She was worried about the whereabouts of her husband and children.  She didn’t hear anything about them for six months.  Then she saw a newspaper item saying that the steamer in which her husband was traveling had drown.  She had one husband in America, one in Germany and one in Japan.  The German husband had drown.  In Malaysia she got one more husband.  As-bend is hus-band.  From there, she transferred to Bangalore. 

Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Krupp and the four children were there.  Both of them had a lot of devotion for Swami.  They used to sweep the whole compound from dawn to dusk.  They sprinkled water.  We had a watchman by name Chokali (washerman) Subana.  They used to go to him and ask for cowdung.  They didn’t know the translation for cowdung.  She would bend and lift the tail to indicate cowdung.  The washerman understood and brought cowdung.  They mixed it with water and sprinkled it all over.  They had so much faith but they didn’t have any conveniences here.  They lived under a tree.  When the rainy season started, I told them to go to Bangalore.  When they went to Bangalore, Elena arrived.  She got down at the station and was received by Mr. And Mrs. Krupp.  They hugged her and felt happy.  “See God has taken birth in human form.  No one knows this.  All the Indians are blind people.  There is no power which is absent in him.  You should surely have his darshan.”  Because of so much encouragement, Emily relented and joined them.  They stopped the car in Karnatakapalli.  Then there was no road and so they walked from there to Prashanthinilayam. 

When they reached, I said, “Emily, your son, daughter and husband are coming.”  She asked, “First, second, third, fourth or fifth (husband)?” I  said first husband.  No no I don’t believe, as he and the children drowned at sea.  Immediately she told her parents, “I cannot stay here, I am going.  All this is a farce.  I don’t want to stay here.  I will go,” she said.  Her mother held her hands and said, “What Swami says is correct.  Your mind is unable to understand, that is why you are objecting.  This is all American blood.  You should not be in a haste and go away so fast.”  American blood is so fast.  All the results should come quickly therefore everything ultimately goes waste.  She said a lot but Emily wouldn’t stay.  What to do?  They too went.  Mrs. Krupp came and caught hold of My feet and prayed, “Swami she is innocent and ignorant.  She has no experience at all.  Please forgive, please forgive.  Then I told Mrs. Krupp, “Don’t to feel bad.  In a few days, in front of your own eyes, she will fall at My feet.  You will laugh as much as you cried now.”  They reached Bangalore. 

In the contonement area, they had a house.  That night Swami appeared in Emily’s dream, “Emily tomorrow go to Madras.  Go immediately.  Go!”  Without hiding this, she told her mother.  “In the night, that mad person came in my dream and asked me to go.”  The mother shut her mouth and said, “Don’t call him a mad boy.  He is not a mad boy.  He is a God boy.”  She thought, “That is your foolishness.”  She held her hands and said, “I don’t want to take food.  I don’t want tea.  I am going to die.  Just follow Swami’s command.  Give this to me as your gift.  I am your mother.  As a daughter, give this one thing as your gift.  This is the only gift I ask for you for the whole lifetime.  So go to Madras.”  So she gave her word to her mother and boarded the Madras train.  As she was going, she thought, “Sai Baba had asked me to go to Madras but where did he ask me to go?”  She got down at Madras Station.  “I came to Madras as asked,” she thought and immediately she bought a return ticket and started for Bangalore.  There were many foreigners in the first class compartment and so she went to the second compartment.  There was a man there.  Along with him were a boy and girl.  She joined them.  As she was talking to them, she lit a cigarette and offered one to him.  He took it with thanks.  As both smoked, they questioned each other about where they came from, where they were staying, what they did, etc.  Emily said, “I am coming from Malaysia.  I was transferred to Bangalore.”  He asked her where she stayed and she replied in the military camp.”  Then the man questioned, “In your military camp, is there anyone by name Emily?”  “Yes, yes, myself,” she replied.  Then he said, “I am her husband, these two are the children,” and mentioned their names.  The children have grown up since four years has lapsed. When she heard their names, saying, “My dear, my dear,” they hugged one another.  She hugged her husband and children and started crying.  The husband and children also started crying.  The whole compartment was filled with crying. The ticket collector came to find out what accident caused the crying.  Then the man said, “This is my personal problem.  Don’t worry about it.”

Emily reminded herself, “Sai Baba is not a mad man but a God man.  She phoned her mother from the station and asked her to bring the car.  In that very car, they proceeded directly to Karnatakapalli.  All of them gathered.  First she paid her obeisance to her mother.  “I did not believe you previously.  Sai Baba is a complete God.  He is the father of Jesus,” she said.  Emily’s husband, ultimately became the Governor General of Bangalore.  They frequently visited the place until the new mandir was built.  Such type of devotees were there. 

That means that which is lost somewhere, you will get it sometime somewhere else.  The first husband was found.  No one knows where the second, third, and fourth husbands went.  That way, they came there.  When I saw her, I asked, “Emily, how are you?”  “How do you know my name?” she asked and she asked her mother if she had previously told Swami.  Her mother replied that Swami knew everything.  So that is how the stay went on. 

I said, “Go to Madras.”  They never questioned why they should go, where to get down and where to stay.  Her mother said first go to Madras.  She went, got down and started to return back.  They were reunited in the compartment.  You will benefit if you implicitly obey. What,  when, where, and how anything is said to you.  I don’t lose anything if you don’t follow what I say.  I won’t gain anything if you follow.  From toes to hair, there is no selfishness whatsoever.  All the time Help, Help, Help, Help.  It is very difficult to understand the nature of Swami in the world. 

Vishwamitra announced that Rama Lakshmana are Srimanarayana himself.  “Oh Dasharatha, you are caught up in the attachment to your son.  Srimanarayana is Rama, Adishesha is Lakshmana and the shanku (shell) and chakra (wheel) are Bharata and Shatrugna.  That Lakshmi Devi is this Sita Devi.”  Having said so much, when they reached the Ganges, Vishwamitra told Rama, “Oh Rama, you are a small child.  You have not crossed 14 years yet.  You never saw demons before.  Now lives a demon there.  You may feel frightened by her.  I will teach you a mantra,” and taught the mantra on Gayatri Devi to Rama.  After a moment, as he walked a few steps, he thought, “How mean I am.  Am I to teach a mantra to Narayana Himself?”  At certain times, we will be carried away by this illusion.  At some times, all the clouds will go away and we find sunshine.

So students, Swami likes you very much.  You will be loved by your parents alone.  But I  love you equivalent to that of a thousand mothers.  They love with some amount of selfishness.  Mothers feel, “You came with my own blood and you are born of me.”  They see that kind of body relationship.  If the son prospers and starts earning well, the parents can live happily in mansions.  These are the expectations they have.  But I am not related to your body.  I am not related to your property, nor the blood.  Only with your heart I am related.  Heart to heart, love to love.  I don’t desire anything from you.  If you follow My command and if you make Swami happy, you will rise to the level of a star.  Like the Druva star you will rise.  You all enter this vast world.  Cleanse all the dirt around.  Make the country sacred, be ideal students.  Earn a good name.  Get a good name for the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.  Not only when you are here and in the hostel but wherever you go, your discipline, you devotion, your duties should follow you as your shadow.  Your shadow will not leave you wherever you go.  So discipline is your shadow.  Follow this and become good.  So MBA boys, M. Com boys, MFM boys, M Sc. boys should serve the country through social work.  Moral values, human value all these should be imprinted in your hearts and through their practice you should set an ideal before the world.  Saying this and blessing you all, I bring my lengthy discourse to an end.
